Building on the success of our 5k debut (well, we got to the end, I needed a piggy back, but we got there...) we've decided to go running with the big boys and join the Cardiff Bay 10k! Hopefully the sun will shine on us, so anyone who wants to come down, wave, shout, bring sugary drinks etc would be much appreciated :) xx
